1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the e2bat platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of e2bat, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members who have not yet made a deposit, and active players. 2. Eligibility

To register and use e2bat, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. e2bat does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from e2bat.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

e2bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory proof that they are 18 or older, e2bat will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an underage player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one e2bat account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If e2bat identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your e2bat account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and the mobile money account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your e2bat login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. e2bat will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact e2bat support immediately via live chat.

e2bat recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This can be done from your account security settings at any time.

4. Deposits

e2bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks as part of e2bat's fraud prevention procedures.

  • Deposits are credited to your e2bat wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • You may only deposit from a mobile money account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
  • e2bat does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposited funds are held in your e2bat wallet and can be used to place bets or withdrawn subject to the conditions in Section 5.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on e2bat is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account used for your most recent deposit, provided that account is registered in your name and matches your e2bat account details.

5.1 Processing Times

Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume or for first-time withdrawals, processing may take up to 2 hours. e2bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Verification Requirements

e2bat may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account. Verification documents may include a copy of your national ID card and a screenshot of your mobile money account showing your registered name and number. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6. Only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirement can be withdrawn. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet a wagering requirement can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

e2bat offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be displayed on the promotion page. The general bonus terms below apply to all e2bat promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

  • Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
  • Bonuses are credited to your e2bat wallet automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, such as making a minimum deposit.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
  • e2bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on e2bat are subject to the general betting rules set out here, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence.

  • Bets are final once confirmed. e2bat does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
  • The minimum bet amount varies by game and is displayed within each game interface.
  • In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, e2bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
  • If a live game is interrupted due to a connection issue on the player's side, the bet outcome will be determined by the game server result, which is the authoritative record.
  • e2bat uses certified random number generators for all non-live games. RTP figures for each game are available in the Game Information section.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact e2bat support within 24 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after 24 hours may not be investigated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on e2bat. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account to circumvent a ban or restriction.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the e2bat platform in a non-human manner.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game conditions.
  • Attempting to launder money or use e2bat for any illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
  • Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts, making deposits solely to meet bonus conditions with no genuine intent to play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing e2bat support staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Privacy and Data

11. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, e2bat may freeze account funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited. If the investigation clears the account, funds will be released and the account restored or closed at the player's request.

Players may close their own e2bat account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified mobile money account, subject to the standard withdrawal process.

12. Limitation of Liability

e2bat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, e2bat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond e2bat's reasonable control.
